2308222 - EEM Editor error "The control could not be found by id" - Solution Manager 7.1 and 7.2

Running a SAPGUI Script on a robot fails with error "The control could not be found by id. (SAP Frontend Server):619:id:".

When checking the script and replaying it in the EEM Editor, the step corresponding to action "shell.pressContextButton" will fail as below:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
