2308346 - Email Tokens [[INTERVIEW_DATE]] [[INTERVIEW_TIME]] [[INTERVIEW_SCHEDULING_INTERVIEW_TYPE]] do not work when triggering the Interview schedule mail to the candidate - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When scheduling the interview to the candidate, the email triggered to the candidate is not rendering the tokens [INTERVIEW_DATE]], [[INTERVIEW_TIME] & [[INTERVIEW_SCHEDULING_INTERVIEW_TYPE]].

Resolution

After configuring the Interview time, date and Type of the interview, you will then select the email template for the email to be sent to the candidate.

In that section, you have the checkbox, "Book this slot for candidates". If this is unchecked the slot will not be booked and also results in the tokens not rendering properly.

So whenever you are scheduling the interview, it is advised to check this box for the email to be sent, the calendar to be blocked and the tokens to render properly.
