-10108:

This error indicates that the connection reuse mechanism on SAP NW AS side has noticed an unexpected closing of a connection which had to be re-established. The disconnect/termination can happen on the HANA server side or on the network devices (NICs, routers. switches) or additional network infrastructure between client and server.

-9300:

This error can be generated by the SAP application server side DBSL, in the case of any underlying SQLDBC or other issues. This error requires tracing such as SQL Tracing and Packet Tracing. Looking into the ST22 dumps you can tell if the SELECTS are to objects, which would then point to the DBSL using a feature called FDA (Fast data Access). This mechanism is standard with SAP Kernels >=741. These errors can be caused as a result of network communication issues. If it turns out that the issue is coming from the FDA, it is recommended to turn this feature off.
