Unable to DELIMIT Business Email Address
User receives error message when trying to DELIMIT the email address via Import
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Admin Centre > Update User Information > Import Employee Data
Try to Import an Email CSV. Template such as the following
Select “Validate Import File Data”
The below error appears
Resolution
You cannot DELIMIT a Primary Business Email Address if there is a Secondary Email Address
In this example, the User has a Primary Business Email Address and a Secondary Personal Email Address
This is expected behaviour of the system
