2308858 - Checks after phase PREP_GENCHECKS/NTACT_CHK were negative!

Symptom

  • The Software Update Manager (SUM) stops in phase PREP_GENCHECKS/NTACT_CHK with the error: 
    === Type: error === Phase: PREP_GENCHECKS/NTACT_CHK === Title: Information of phase NTACT_CHK ===
    ERROR: *** ERRORS during NAMETAB CHECK found ***
    Analyze the logfile PHASE_NTACT.ELG to determine
    the nametab, that caused the error.
    Call transaction se11 for the corresponding
    DDIC object. Choose menu Utilities -> Runtime Object -> Check
  • You have followed the above steps and you need further help to resolve the inconsistency of the runtime object
