2309307 - Access to entry /RFC/TMSADM@CONTROLLER in the secure storage denied

After the system copy is finished, during the configuration of the TMS in the refreshed system, the below issue happens:

"Access to entry /RFC/TMSADM@CONTROLLER in the secure storage denied".

In SM59, the RFC connection TMSADM@CONTROLLER does not exist.
