2309332 - "Banned Data Provider" causing Grey Metrics in Technical Monitoring for Solution Manager 7.1 & 7.2

In the System Monitoring UI, there are Grey Metrics. When the Data Collection is checked, the following error occurs:
"Banned Data Provider"
