2309401 - How to record learning for direct reports only.

When a supervisor wants to record learning for direct reports only, therefore filtering out any indriect reports that may be available to select.

In this example, User Frank Liewald wants to record Learning for only his direct employees

My Employees tab > Record Learning (under Supervisor Links)

Then within the 'Select Employees' option, it first displays all direct and indirect employees.

To filter out the indirect employees you must populate the Supervisor box with supervisor name

Now uncheck the ‘Indirect Employees’ box and search. Only his direct employees are displayed now.
