2309448 - Error occurs creating a file format for an Excel workbook using a large sample file- Information Steward

• Create a Data Insight file format using a large Excel workbook as sample data and receive the following error:
  Error "Unable to find servers in CMS and cluster with kind pjs and service ICC.ApplicationService. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)"
  
  
• Smaller Excel workbooks can be uploaded in a new file format without error.
• Refresh Information Steward login page and receive the same error.
• Central Management Console will show EIM AdaptiveProcessingServer stopped or running with errors.
• Cannot use Excel workbooks above 15 MB size to create a new file format.
