Symptom

When trying to set silent / background notifications with SAP Mobile Platform and SAP Netweaver Gateway for a delete / regular push notification with sound for create notification, using the parameter X-SAP-POKE-CONTENT_AVAILABLE as per SAP Mobile Platform Server 3.0 SP09 Documentation, the Gateway header <X-SAP-Poke-Content_Available> is not received by SMP / device.
