2309982 - Logo Image Does Not Display For Notifications Received in Outlook - Recruiting Management

When recipients using Outlook client receive emails using SuccessFactors Recruiting the logo is not appearing. However, the logo appears as in other online email clients such as Gmail, Yahoo and others.

Please, make sure that these following settings are set on your Outlook email client:

1. Add the sender to safe senders list.
2. Make sure the automatically download settings is set properly.

1. Right click on any picture placeholder or on the Infobar to show the images and internet content. You can add senders or domains to the Safe Senders list from this menu if you always want to see the images on some messages automatically.
2. Make changes on your automatic download settings by going to File, Options, Trust Center, Automatic Download. You may contact your local IT colleagues to help you with changing the settings.
