2309998 - Manager or Approver UWL Issues in ESS Webdynpro ABAP applications of Payroll India

• Issues in approval by the approver, for the pending activities created by employees on ESS Webdynpro applications like Claims, IT Declaration.
• While approving Reimbursement and Claims in the manager self service, clicking on the work flow task, application is getting the error "FPM application HRESS_CLMS_AP_IN was started without configuration".
• Error 'Invalid applicaton. Please contact your system administrator' while launching the UWL task of the approver / manager.
• Even after maintaining the correct  configuration of worflow task in SWFVISU transaction i.e. setting correct parameters, there are issues in the approvals pending at approver end.
• Manager cannot approve the pending tasks of Payroll India Public Sector in the worklist overview under Manager Self Service.
• Issues with UWL task in ESS portal.
