2310080 - Time stamp error when trying to process a new hire manually in Onboarding - Onboarding

When manually starting an activity in onboarding  ( by selecting the process tab) after you complete the first panel in PHV step and select next a time stamp error appears.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - All Versions

1. Select process tab in onboarding
2. Proceed to fill out the first panel of PHV step
3. click next
4. Time stamp error appears... An error has occurred.

This error has various reasons, most of them related to some configuration in the panel

1. If you get this error message please take a screen shot of steps to reproduce and include the entire screen shot of the timestamp error. Create a Cloud Product Support Ticket.
