2310126 - Reports are not showing results of few tests

Symptom

Few reports for example -'Assessment Survey Results' or ''Control Test History with Ratings' are not showing results when filtered with Rating as 'Without Rating'.

Reports are not showing the Draft assessment records.

When a report is executed , a message 'There is no data matching the entered selection criteria' is displayed.
