2310456 - Dispute case inconsistent VOID status

Symptom

When a dispute case has status VOIDED, the field IS_VOIDED in table FDM_DCOBJ should be populated with an 'X' for the 'BSEG' object type. For unknown reasons, sometimes this value is empty. The attached report can be used to correct the Dispute Case status in the different tables.

The resolution described in this KBA should only be advised by team members from Development Support or Technical Support involved with the Dispute Management component.
