2310615 - Compensation Roll up Report runs as Scheduled Report - Compensation Management

Once running the Roll Up report, the system schedule the report and the following message appears:

"The number of records in the form has exceeded the limit for real-time processing. Your report has been scheduled for batch processing and you will be notified by email once the request has been completed. For your reference, the file name will be "Compensation Rollup - ace2qc(1461683234504)".

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Why the roll up report is scheduling a job instead of the report be downloaded right away?

The system makes the decision based on the number of employees in the hierarchy, aka his entire organization under the manager and Roll up report export will export entire hierarchy not just for one plan.  When we detect there are a lot of entries or forms in the user's hierarchy, the export is automatically direct to an asynchronous process and user will need to pick up it from the reporting tab.

It must happen on some high level manager, and even if a manager has a few direct reports (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc), their direct reports probably also have forms, those forms will be exported also, because this is a roll up report.

This is a system behavior.
