2310645 - End User Experience monitoring application does not start

Symptom

The user tries to start the User Experience Monitoring application, but the application does not start and only shows message:

  • EEM data is being loaded...

Moreover, checking the 'Browser Console Logs' the following errors are shown:

GET http://solman.host.com.br:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ags_occ_ui5/inc/Component-preload.js 403 (Forbidden)
GET http://solman.host.com.br:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ags_occ_ui5/inc/Component.js 403 (Forbidden)
Uncaught Error: failed to load 'sap/inc/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ags_occ_ui5/inc/Component.js: 403 - Forbidden
