2310653 - Flat services turn back to material in Contracts

As per the SAP note "1942281 - Contract Target Value at header it not calculating automatically" you activate switch SRM_701_SERV_PROC_CCM with which button "Calculate Target" is active, but after this you see you are not able to create service and product category related contracts as it is always being overwritten to material item type.
