Symptom

  • Unable to import LCMBiar file using Promotion management. Sometimes it hangs or a blank page is displayed
  • "AjaxRequestThrowsError=true" is observed first
  • "HTTP Status 500 – java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.jasper……" huge stack error is observed
