2311075 - Error message when adding Learning Activities schema in Table / Canvas ORD Reports

When creating a new Table or Canvas ORD Report and select the Report Definition type Learning Activities or Learning Activities - Historical you get an error message.

* Failed to get the default learning activity template;
* Application error: An error occurred in processing your request.
