Symptom

  • On BI 4.x, BI launch pad will remain HTML mode (not Applet mode) when opening a Web Intelligence document and clicking Design button
  • On XI 3.1, InfoView will go to Java (Applet) mode when opening a WebI document and clicking Edit button
