Symptom

  • Customer own Identification Profiles are not used within the application.
  • Wrong Profile Group determined.
  • Initially for a search like "Find Business Agreement" the custom defined BOL Tree profile is shown but when a business agreement is searched in the result set the standard BOL Tree profile is shown.
