2311383 - Some MobiLink options can't control on SCC

Symptom

Usually, if you want to modify MobiLink options, you can use User options text box of SAP Control Center like following.

SAP Control Center > Configuration > General > Components > Replication - Properties

But next options can't control by SAP Control Center.
    -o : Error log file location.
    -os : File size limitation.
    -cr : Database connection retry count.
