2311551 - sp_dbextend does not work - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

After activating the auto-extend in ASE for a database,  the feature does not work.

The command used were as follows:

exec sp_dbextend 'set', 'device', '<dbname>_data_001', '10G', '240G'
go
exec sp_dbextend ‘set’, ‘database’, ‘<dbname>’, ‘default’, ‘2G’
