Question: What workflow transactions appear in the “My Notifications” portlet?

• cc and contributor workflow information appears here. This portlet doesn't show what you have approved, rather the workflows you have or are a contributor or receiving a cc notification for.

Question: How Long do notifications stay in the “My Notifications” portlet?

• The "My Notifications" portlet displays all completed workflows if the login user is CC user, or all of the pending workflows if the logged in user is the workflow contributor. It will show up to last 6 months notifications. Refer to KBA - 2853569 - 1911 - My Notification Portlet on Pending Requests page.

Question: Can you control the order of how notifications are displayed?

• No, they show in descending order of Workflow Request Id and Creation Date.

Question: Is it possible to purge these notifications?

• No, it is currently not possible to purge these notifications.

Question: In the My Notifications Section, why does the system auto direct to the Subject Users Profile page instead of the Workflow Details Page?

• In the Workflow Configuration, There is an option called "Redirect CC Users To Workflow Approval Page"
• Option Yes
• When you want the individuals selected as CC Role redirected to the workflow approval page, so they can access workflow approval content.
• Option No
• Individuals selected as CC Role can access the workflow object itself.
• For any other workflows, they're redirected to the People Profile page of the subject user

Limitation: There is an exception for workflows without Approvers. In this case, the workflows which does not have approvers will not be shown in My notifications.
