2311602 - Service Request Data Migration Error: Service Call Failed

Symptom

Service Request data migration tool throws Service Call Failed error.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Business Configuration workcenter.
2. Select Overview and search Activity : Migration of Service Request.
3. Select Migrate service request using migration tool.
4. Select required .xml file and Execute Step-by-Step Migration.
5. System throws Service Call Failed error.

Cause

StartDateTime and EndDateTime maintained for Service Request is same.

Resolution

End date should be greater than Start date, both cannot be equal.
