2312044 - Short dump after transporting an Interunit Elimination method

Symptom

After transporting Interunit Elimination (IUE) or Reconciliation methods to the target system the following short dump appears when double click on the method

ABAP Programming Error
OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO
CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL
CL_UC_METHOD_STEP=============CP

The termination occurred in ABAP program "CL_UC_METHOD_STEP=============CP",
in "GET_GUI_DATA". The main program was "UCUWB000".

The termination is due to exception "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurring in procedure "GET_GUI_DATA" "(METHOD)".
