Symptom
- SM_CRM or CRM_UI doesn't work with those users when the users have their user roles derived from a reference user via AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2 job using reference user. If you copy the roles from reference user into other user manually then there is no issue. CRM_UI transaction works fine.
- If the roles are assigned directly to the user, then SM_CRM works fine.
- Also in DNO_CUST04, entry SMWORK_USE_REF_USER_ROLES with "X" is defined. This should not be necessary since SP05, but does not have any affect here either.
