Symptom

Delta logic is active for valuation area 'XX'.

You are running the foreign currency valuation program FAGL_FCV with valuation area 'XX' for Customer open items.

Although only "valuate customer" is flagged on your selection screen, the program evaluates Vendor items under "Cleared items".
