Installing the PBVM EBF 25970 (build 4091) on a machine without the PowerBuilder 12.6 IDE with EBF 25970 (build 4091) installed, does not complete and ends with the error message below:

Environment

  • SAP PowerBuilder 12.6 PBVM GA (build 3506) installed on machine without the PowerBuilder (PB) 12.6 EBF 25970 (build 4091) IDE installed. 
  • Problem reproduced with SAP PBVM 12.6 EBF 25970 but may be present in earlier PBVM EBFs.
