Symptom

When trying to upgrade a JAVA system by using SUM, face below error at "DETECT-SECSTORE-DIRECTORY" phase:

Directory - /SUM/sdt/log/SUM/DETECT-SECSTORE-DIRECTORY_XX.LOG

Could not run OS process sapcontrol for action get parameter value.
Could not start process E:\usr\sap\<sid>\J00\exe\sapcontrol.
Error while executing process E:\usr\sap\<sid>\J00\exe\sapcontrol.
