2312392 - Enterprise Manager cannot start - An error occurred while trying to start Isengard

Symptom

When trying to start Enterprise Manager with "EMCtrl.sh start" the following error is displayed:

Introscope Enterprise Manager failed to start because:
An error occurred while trying to start Isengard.

And in EM.log or EmService.log the following exception can be found:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: The bundle could not be resolved.
Reason: Another singleton version selected:
com.wily.apm.catalyst.em_9.5.0 


REMARK: Version 9.5.0 is used just as an example
