2312428 - GRMG response does not contain valid XML data

• The Diagnostics Agent (DAA) assigned to the PI system is up and running, but when checking the DAA logs (Severity: Error ; Location: com.sap.smd.e2emai) the error GRMG response does not contain valid XML data or Error while parsing GRMG response appears. This issue could lead to gray metrics in Central PI Monitoring and/or to non-working Message Alerting.

• "Web Service Status" metric shows up the error message "Software caused connection abort: socket write error" in System Monitoring UI
