You see that the Sorting for Items under the Pricing and Invoicing Tab of the Service Confirmation is not shoing in approporiate Order.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Field Service and Repair Work Center
- Go to Service Confirmation View
- Select Show All and find for a releveant Document
- Click on Edit
- Navigate to Pricing and Invoicing Facet
- Select Pricing
Here you see that the Order of Items is Scrambled
The String Displayed is a combination of Line.Productid .
This is because it is a concatenated column and sorting is done alphabetically instead of numeric.
This is a generic behaviour across all CRM documents which use this reuse UI componet and since this is a UI sort and we cannot control this.
This is expetced system behavior.
