2312611 - Demand Plan Missing in Downloaded Excel Template.

You have downloaded all Active Demand Plans into an excel file using option Download to check and change the keyfigures but later you find that one of the Demand Plan:A is missing in a template.

1. Go to the Demand Planning Workcenter.
2. Go to Demand Plans View.
3. In the field Show, select All Demand Plans By Selection using drop-down.
4. Select any Demand Plan ID.
5. Choose Download option.
6. Now system downloads all demand plans into an excel template.

Since there are no Actuals/Final Actuals exists against the required Active Demand Plan ID: A, the system has not downloaded the details againt the same. There must exists some keyfigures against the Demand Plan.

Follow below mentioned steps to maintain Final Actuals againt the Demand Plan ID:

1. Go to the Demand Planning Workcenter.
2. Go to Demand Plans View.
3. In the field Show, select All Demand Plans By Selection using drop-down.
4. Select the required Active Demand Plan ID.
5. Choose Plan option.
6. Here New Window Opens up displaying all keyfigures.
7. Select Keyfigures :Final Actuals.
8. Maintain the Demand as per the time period selected.
9. Perform Save.
10. Now again try downloading the Demand Plans, you can see required Demand Plan ID:A in an excel template.
