2312909 - How to setup SSH for DB13 in standalone Oracle database

Symptom

Your SAP system is on Linux. Oracle database runs in a dedicated host where no SAP instance is installed. You have followed KBA 1974030 to configure DB13 with SSH，instead of gateway.  Connection test in step 4 of KBA 1974030 from SAP instance host to database host asks for a password.
