2312946 - Reset password for users after a fixed interval for security reasons

Unlock acounts when there are multiple users or unlock account in mass

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems - LMS

For security reasons the user password needs to be changed after a fixed interval of time.

Login to LMS as Admin--> System admin-->configuration
--> Global Variables-->Password settings

Search for enable password expiration and mention a date for recurrence of the password expiration.

Once you enable this setting:

Login as User--> System will prompt you to change the password

Note:

When you select this, the system automatically expires users’ passwords after a certain number of days.

If you enable password expiration, then you must enter a number of days after which the system prompts users to reset their passwords.
