In eQuest, the City field in a job requisition shows the Option IDs instead of the picklist values

Create a Job Requisition in Bizx then post the job to eQuest.
The fields are automatically populated from the Job Requisition as expected.
For the "City" field though, instead of showing the picklist values selected in the Job Requisition, the field displays the corresponding OptionIDs from the Picklist file.

The "City" field is currently not supported as a picklist for eQuest integration.

The field must be configured as a Text field instead of a Picklist field type.
