2313359 - "Receiver Determination can not be found" error when Technical Context Object is used

You are trying to use the Technical Context Objects to create the condition rule in Receiver Determination setup. When you execute the scenario the routing fails with message: "Receiver Determination can not be found". In message processing log you can see "No receiver could be determined" error.
