2313373 - Less or Legacy – What theme editor a portal is using?

Symptom

  • After logon to the portal, there are some problems in the theme and content presentation but it is impossible to know at the first look what is the theme editor set without having the administrator permission. 
  • It´s necessary to identify if portal is using the UI Theme Designer – Less Mode or the old Theme Editor – Legacy Mode.
