2313451 - Building Product Rules fails and application freezes

Symptom

During the Building of Product Rules, FS-PRO application freezes and does not complete.

In Netweaver SAPMMC console you may also see the SID to turn yellow, indicating a troubled state.

In the Netweaver default_trace log the following error is thrown:
