When you log on with some language, you get the following error:
selected language not completely installed ! >
please inform your system administrator !
Message no. TL126
If you press enter to continue, you may get a message like "You must only use English".
You find the language is already added in I18N->I18N Customizing->I18N system configuration.
Also the language key is already added to the parameter zcsa/installed_languages.
