2. The SAP CQC for Deployment Readiness for SAP SuccessFactors
The SAP Continuous Quality Check (CQC) for Deployment Readiness for SAP SuccessFactors is designed to provide a review of your SAP SuccessFactors instance settings prior to your Go-Live. During this remote service, key SAP SuccessFactors solution settings are reviewed and recommendations for optimal configuration are given in alignment with SAP Best Practices.
The session should be performed at least 4 weeks before your planned start of production date

3. The SAP CQC GoingLive Support for SAP SuccessFactors
The SAP Continuous Quality Check (CQC) GoingLive Support service for SAP SuccessFactors performs a complete monitoring of your system and provides an analysis of the key performance indicators. The aim of this service is to:
- Safeguard an SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Go-Live
- Perform Live monitoring of the system and review Splunk monitoring for performance indicators such as Average End User time, Error occurrence, Transaction Volume and many more. If anything is not within the normal standards, the relevant CSM or the customer facing contact is notified during the service
- Provide high-level support for any issues faced by the customer during this service

4. The SAP CQC Interface Management for SAP SuccessFactors
The SAP CQC Interface Management SAP Enterprise Support Service focuses on the evaluation of potential risks of key interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and cloud components within key processes of the Intelligent Enterprise.
- When to Use:
The CQC Interface Management service is available for solutions that are either in production or close to production start-up. The service is most applicable if you have interfaces with known or suspected problems in meeting requirements such as:
• Stability and a high throughput with an optimal interface configuration
• Rapid response time for a good performance

5. Requesting these remote services
There are two options to book these services:
- The main route is to contact your SAP Support representative to directly book the CQC services on your behalf.
- If you do not have an SAP Support representative, as a customer or partner you can also book a service by creating an case in component SV-ES-SAC. Please refer to KBA 1296527 - How to create a support case (contact SAP Product Support) - SAP ONE Support Launchpad
Important Tips:
- For any of the options above, it is required to fill the related questionnaire attached to this KBA. For faster case processing, you can attach the filled questionnaire to the case in advance when creating it.
- Please note these cases cannot be high or very high. The component SV-ES-SAC does not accept these priorities. So please, plan and request the service in advance.
