2314129 - The Table Report View Is Not Supported In RUI Home View

You receive the message 'Table view not supported' for a Report tile in your Home work centre.

Prerequisite: You have maintained a Report ABC (ABC represents the name of your report) to be shown via Table view in a Tile for your Home work centre.

1. Log into your system.
2. Go to the Home work centre.
3. Search the Tile with the Report ABC.

No report is shown, only the message 'Table view not supported' is displayed.

The Table view is not supported for Reports on Home page.

The home page is designed to get key insights (KPIs, trends, charts) and then from there to drilldown into the details, i.e. open the KPI tile or report. The recommended approach is to have a KPI tile or report which only shows 1 key figure for a quick overview. From there, each user can click onto the tile and open the details. Tables usually have several report rows and columns and cannot provide a quick overview, hence they are not supported on the home page.
