2314291 - Credit values do not match against the open documents of VA05, VL06 and VF04

Symptom

  • FD33 & S066/S067 values are not matching with actual sales order or delivery items.
  • Mismatch in values with the customer in Credit Management and the documents on the system.
  • Credit management Open Sales Value in FD33 is larger than VA05.
  • No open order in VA05 but FD33 still shows sales value.
  • UKM_ITEM table values don't match with VA05/VL06/VF04.
  • FSCM Credit Exposure commitments in SD liability categories (100/400/500) don't match with VA05/VL06/VF04.
