2314708 - The Link to The Survey is Missing When an E-Mail Blast is Executed

The link to the Survey is missing when executing an E-Mail Blast. In the test e-mail, the link is displayed correctly.

Pre-Requisite:

An e-mail Blast that contains a survey.

1. Go to the work center Activities.
2. Select the view E-Mail Blasts.
3. Open the respective e-mail blast ABC (ABC represents the name of the e-mail blast).
4. Click on the Actions button.
5. Choose the option Execute.
6. Choose Schedule Immediately.
7. Click OK.

 

The E-Mail that is sent out will not contain the link to the Survey.

The Survey that is used in the e-mail blast does not have the status Active.

To activate the survey, follow these steps:

1. Go to the work center Surveys.
2. Select the view Surveys.
3. Open the respective survey XYZ (XYZ represents the name of the survey).
4. Click on the Actions button.
5. Select the option Activate.
