2314765 - Change Analysis Update task fails with Illegal input

In transaction CCDB, the Change Analysis Update status is shown as failed, the following picture describes the error:

In the Exception Tab, the following errors are found for Change Analysis update:

• InfoCube Update: Failed with rc=2
• Illegal input

Another symptom of this error is the Solution Manager Change Analysis extractor that shows error 'Illegal input' as well. The Change Analysis extractor is scheduled for the SAP Solution Manager itself. The following picture describes the extractor:

The Change Analysis Update task is responsible to update the number of changes in the Change Analysis infocubes. If the Change Analysis Update task has problems, the Change Analysis application for the managed systems might start to show error:
