2314865 - Uploaded File in a Panel shows System Generated Title - Onboarding 1.0

• The system creates a file name of the uploaded file and would not inherit the original file name.
• Files are being uploaded to Onboarding Document Center and the names are getting "I9" in the title.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. A file was uploaded in the panel.
2. After uploading the file, instead of inheriting the original file name is changed to "Uploaded MM DD YYYY mm ss ms.file extension" in a custom panel
3. For Standard panel it gets the name related to the panel

Files name are based on the panel.

This is Expected Behavior. When a file is uploaded in an Onboarding panel it will get the name based on the panel. For example:

• When a file is uploaded in a Standard panel related to I9, this file will get I9 in the name
• When a file is uploaded in a Custom panel the name for the file will be get a timestamp (ex:07_12_2021_14_56_29)

It is not possible to change this behavior, the names for the files will basically follow this rule.
