2315166 - Closing All Portal Sessions Windows on logoff not working properly

You can configure the portal to close all open portal windows when a portal user chooses Log Off in the masthead. Depending on the value specified for the property "Close All Windows", the feature is enabled.

But on opening a new window on the same session with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, and then logging off from one window, the other window does not close automatically as expected where as it works perfectly on IE 11.
