2315354 - Work Schedule Import Template Error

You downloaded the work schedule MDF object import file, completed it with the data you want to import but then an error occurs

Template contains more than one associations.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open Admin Centre
2. Go to Import and Export data
3. click Download template for object: Work Schedule
4. Open this in Excel and fill with your data
5. Go back to Import and Export data
6. Select import > file encoding Unicode > incremental load
7. Click validate

Find the result in Monitor Job.

MDF does not allow more than one association in the CSV: these are workScheduleDays (for mode=SIMPLE) and workScheduleDayModels (for mode=PERIOD).

SAP generates a template, which contains both associations, so that you can adapt it to the one you will be using. The admin user will then have to remove the unnecessary association.
